A few delicious uses for our Gourmet Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegars

1: Bread Dip

Pour flavored olive oil in a dish and top with a complimentary flavor of vinegar. Sprinkle on some herbs and spices and there you have it.

2: A Tall Refreshing Glass of Water

Pour some flavored white vinegar (such as Cucumber Lime, Cucumber Melon, Pineapple White…) into a glass of ice water and stir. Makes a delicious refreshing flavored water

3: Drizzle Balsamic Vinegar Over Roasted Veggies, Pizza and Flatbread

Drizzle your favorite dark balsamic vinegar over any of these to create a new exciting taste to jazz up any meal.

4: Mix Complementary Oil and Vinegar with spices to create amazing vinaigrette dressings.

Combinations are unlimited and you can enjoy a different dressing every night of the week over your favorite salad or cut up vegetables.

5: Dessert Plate Garnished with Vinegar

Balsamic vinegars are just thick enough to create specialty desserts you may have had in Restaurants. Use these vinegars to make a pretty design on a dessert plate. Here are a few suggestions:

Any of the fruit flavored vinegars drizzled over chocolate cake or pound cake

Cherry, Blueberry or Chocolate balsamic vinegar drizzled over ice-cream

Chocolate vinegar drizzled over fresh slice fruit with a little whipped cream on top

6: Spice up any Dish with Flavored Oils

Add your favorite flavored oil in replace half of your regular olive oil to spice up any dish or any meal. Salmon and chicken are both excellent choices to cook with a flavored oil and drizzle with vinegar when plating it.

7: Roasted Vegetables

Roasted vegetables cooked in a combination of regular olive oil and a flavored olive oil (to keep from over powering the veggies) is delicious. Don’t forget to drizzle with a vinegar when done cooking to make the dish outstanding. I did not like Brussel Sprouts until eating them this way. I also love roasted or fried potatoes using the Parmesan Garlic or Bacon flavored oil

8: Fruit Salad

Add your favorite combination of oil and vinegar to fruit salads. I love the Meyer Lemmon oil and Blueberry vinegar. Gives a whole new refreshing taste.

9: Serve with your Charcuterie Boards

Add some oils and vinegars for your guest to try out different flavors. I do this when I have a tasting in my home to introduce my oil and vinegars to my friends and family.
